Better Sleep, One Small Step at a Time

Struggling with sleep is common. According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, about one-third of adults don’t get the sleep they need for good health.

We all know what a poor night’s sleep can feel like the next day: lower resilience, less patience, more caffeine or snack cravings, and the sense that we’re operating as a worse version of ourselves. When life is full and demands are high, it makes sense that sleep often suffers. It can be hard to unwind at the end of the day or prioritize rest when there’s so much to do.

What if improving your sleep didn’t require a full overhaul? And, instead, it started with one realistic action you choose for yourself?

In this workshop, you’ll learn why sleep is such a powerful recovery tool and explore practical sleep hygiene strategies that can support better rest. You’ll leave having identified at least one simple practice you can begin implementing right away, chosen by you, to better support your sleep and overall well-being.
